Hair Vitamins for Much Faster Hair Growth

Women who would like to grow their hair faster have a few options. Hair vitamins have been identified that encourage more rapid hair growth for a number of reasons. Niacin

Vitamin A
Sebum is an oily substance that is secreted by your sebaceous glands, and is effective in keeping your hair healthy and moisturized, thus extending the life expectancy of each follicle and encouraging more rapid hair growth. Vitamin A is an antioxidant that encourages the production and secretion of this substance, leading to a fuller head of hair that grows more rapidly, and making it one of the most popular hair vitamins. You can find vitamin A in fish liver oil, cabbage, spinach, carrots, peaches, and apricots, and can also be taken in supplement form. It is very important that you do not take more than the recommended dosage, as too much vitamin A can make you ill. Genetically engineered vitamin A is also known as retinol, and there are many shampoos and conditioners on the market containing this nutrient to encourage rapid hair growth
